The aim of the course:
To teach NMR spectroscopy of Natural Compunds.

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
PO - 1 : interpret 1H-NMR spectra.
PO - 2 : interpret 13C-NMR spectra.

Contents of the Course
Introduction to the NMR technique which is used to lighten the structure of the natural compounds, magnetic properties of the nucleus, nuclear resonance, nuclear relaxation, NMR apparatus and appliances, chemical shift, spin-spin splitting, NMR spectra interpretation and application of NMR to quantitative analysis, proton NMR spectra, special topics.
