The aim of the course:
Discussion of Literary Terminology in terms of language use, word choice, organization, figures of speech and sound techniques. Discussion of Literary Periods in English Literature18th century, Romantic Age, Victorian Age, 19th century, 20th century.

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :

LO - 2 : analyze works of English Literature in terms of language use, choice of subjects, themes, use of figures of speech and recognize connections between important events in English history and their relationship with literary works.2,3,4,51,2,3,5
