The aim of the course:
Gaining some knowledges about microorganism metabolism and metabolic differences among organisms.

Contents of the Course
Nutrition of bacteria, aerobic and anaerobic glucose metabolism, metabolism of substrates other than glucose, metabolic diversity and activities of heterotrophs, regulation of bacterial metabolism, bacterial fermentation, chemolitothropic and phototrophic metabolism, fixation of molecular nitrogen, energy metabolism, lipid metabolism, protein and amino acid metabolism, nucleic acid metabolism, nutrient synthesis in microorganism.
