The aim of the course:
The aim of the course is to show examples of civilizations that contribute to science in the historical process and to determine the factors that cause regression, displacement and change of science.

Contents of the Course
In this course, will be examined the emergence, development and interactions between civilization of science in ancient Egypt, Mesopotamia, China, India, Ancient Greece, Ancient Rome, medieval European and Islamic world, modern period. In this stage, will be included the examples from the major thinkers who contribute to science from each civilization. Thus, it will be possible to understand and interpret the stages of science in the historical process, the reasons for regression, displacement and change.
