The main objectives of this course are to provide the student with a clear presentation of the basic concepts and principles of related subjects.

Analysis of the pedigree data. Inheritance of some human characteristics. Human cytogenetics. Caryotype and idiogram analysis of the human chromosomes. Some observed abnormalities in the caryotype analysis. Human disease and chromosomal abnormalities. Mapping the human genome
