Introduction and use of microscope. Samples involving plant cells. Ergastic substances, qualitative analysis of some plant organic substances, mitotic cell division in plant cell tissues, vegetative and generative organs in plants, experiments involving water metabolism in cell, relationship of plant and environment, structure of plant organs. |
