The aim of the course:
The main objectives of this laboratory are to provide the student with a clear observation and application of the basic concepts of Biology and to comprahed basic principles of Biology.

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
LO - 1 : provide the student with a clear observation and application of the basic concepts and principles of Biology 81,3,
LO - 2 : analyze and describe the samples involving plant cells: qualitative and quantitative analysis and light microscobic analyses of the samples81,3,
LO - 3 : observe mitotic cell division in a plant cell and classify vegetative and generative plant organs81,3,
LO - 4 : understand and describe the water metabolism in cell, plant and environment, 81,3,
LO - 5 : develop laboratory skills that allow a student to perform experiments and analyze data based on the concepts listed above.81,3,

Contents of the Course
Introduction and use of microscope. Samples involving plant cells. Ergastic substances, qualitative analysis of some plant organic substances, mitotic cell division in plant cell tissues, vegetative and generative organs in plants, experiments involving water metabolism in cell, relationship of plant and environment, structure of plant organs.
