The aim of the course:
Coordination compounds of transition elements and clarification of some of the characteristic properties.

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :

Contents of the Course
Coordination chemistry, history, and, nomenclature, isomerism in coordination compounds, geometry and chemical bonding, EAN and 18-electron rule, VBT, Crystal Field Theory, Square Planar Complexes, Molecular Orbital Theory and the Jahn-Teller theorem, Spetroskopik features.
