The aim of the course:
To introduce modern literary movements and their influence on narration styles
 
Learning OutcomesCTPOTOA
Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
LO - 1 : explain modern literary movements and their effects on the ways of narration
LO - 2 : give information about the definition, characteristics, representatives and works of Imressionism, Expressionism, Cubism and Futurism.
LO - 3 : give information about the definition, characteristics, representatives and works of Dadaizm, Letrizm and Surrealism
LO - 4 : give information about the definition, characteristics, representatives and works of Existentialism, Modernism and Post-modernism.
LO - 5 : analyze sample texts
CTPO : Contribution to programme outcomes, TOA :Type of assessment (1: written exam, 2: Oral exam, 3: Homework assignment, 4: Laboratory exercise/exam, 5: Seminar / presentation, 6: Term paper), LO : Learning Outcome
