In intelligence terminology, news refers to raw information. In order for the data to be intelligence, it is necessary to undergo a number of transactions. Cyber intelligence is defined as both an intelligence and a method of gathering. In this course, intelligence and cyber intelligence are discussed and the errors of various individuals and institutions due to lack of knowledge are emphasized. The importance of cyber intelligence in the foreign policy outputs of states and the current reports will be discussed. |
