Contents of the Course
From the point of view of design, the phenomena of diplomacy and conflict that can be considered as science are considered as the basic dynamics at an international level and from a point of view. That they can go through the process of negotiation through peaceful means integrated with the essence of diplomacy to create a possible interstate. Diplomacy has had the form of recognition and use since its interstate appearance. It is evaluated as a perspective towards tools and tools for these historical tools, and is handled with the old and new diplomacy perspective. In essence, diplomacy, which is a way of reconciliation over facts such as race, language, religion, class, has carried out its purposes in secret by them, but its apparent emergence from a world from these special relatives is to be removed from the practice of diplomacy. The valuation and usage process of his diploma until the First World War will be examined in this way. Being attacked by diplomatic method during the period until World War I, it could turn into the first Ottoman state among the states with success. This year, it is aimed to deal with an old diplomacy sales practice and the phases of the solstice, which is important from every part of the Ottoman Empire's diplomas to its destruction.
