The aim of the course:
This course aims to gain capabilities preparation for a work, programming, make production at CNC milling and turning benchs.

 Week 4The movement systems in the CNC milling benches. Definition and importance of the simülation.
 Week 5CNC turning programming using the cycles
 Week 6Sub-prorgramming technique. Using a sub-program in the CNC turning prorgramming.
 Week 7Alarm options in the CNC turning benches. Measurement and control.
 Week 8Features, parts and working principles of CNC milling machine. Machine coordinate axes, Reference points
 Week 9A written midterm exam
 Week 10Cutter types, properties and usage areas. Depth of cut and angle of operation.
 Week 11Programming principles in the CNC milling benches. The motion systems in the CNC milling benches.
 Week 12Definition and importance of the simülation. Rectangular pocket milling cycle.
 Week 13Circular pocket milling cycle. Hole driling, tapping, boring cycle.
 Week 14Sub-programming technique. Using a sub-programm in the CNC milling programming.
