 Week 2Verbal communication, Oral communication techniques, Oral Communication rules, Used tools at oral communication; * Face to face communication * Telephone Communication * Video and voice communication Effective speech, Voice intonation, stress, Using language correctly.
 Week 3Written Communication, Description, Written communication techniques, Written Communication rules.
 Week 4Used tools at written communication, The report, report preparation techniques, E-mail communication, Communication with the network within the organization.
 Week 5Communication by fax, Communication within the organization forms, Using writing language correctly.
 Week 6Non-Verbal Communication; Body's language and the effects, Head movements's meanings, Eye contact and the importance of it, Gestures and facial expressions, Stance.
