The course aims to provide general information on the general principles of the law of obligations.

Contents of the Course
The source of the law of the obligations contracts, torts and unjust enrichment are explained under this course. The definitions and classifications of contracts, form of contracts, freedom of contract and the terminations of contracts will be discussed. Considering the other sources of obligations, the concept of torts and unjust enrichment and its conditions will be explained. Different issues such as fulfillment of obligations, representation, effect of obligations to third parties etc will be examined.
