Geographic Visualization. Concepts, tools and applications. The goals of geovisualization. Visual thinking. Cartographic design for GIS. Graphic variables. Visualization methods and techniques in GIS: Geospatial data, 2D Cartographic visualization, 3D Cartographic visualization, Visual data mining tools, Animation, Spatio-Temporal visualization, Interactive user interfaces. Future trends for Geovisualization .
