Urbanization problems in Turkey, unplanned urbanization and reasons, relations with land ownership, zoning plan and modern urbanization. Making complex ownership structure suitable for structuring with theoretical and practical aplications dealing with zoning plan implementations, produce parcels suitable for well arranged structuring, to teach students required legal arrangements in order to bring in public utility areas to the public. |
