The aim of the course:
To have knowledge about the biochemistry, genetics, markers and treatment of cancer.

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
LO - 1 : May have information about the definition, mortality and morbidity of cancer. May have information about tumor markers. May have knowledge about the biochemistry, genetics, epigenetics and treatment of cancer.5,6,131,

Cancer Morbidity and Mortality in the World and Turkey Main Differences of Cancer Cells from Healthy Cells Cell Death Mechanisms Cell Cycle Control and Cancer Cancer DNA Repair and DNA Repair Pathways in Treatment Tumor Suppressor Genes Oncogenes Biochemical Methods in Cancer Diagnosis and Follow-up Discovery of New Biomarkers for Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment Design, Development and Discovery of Anti-Cancer Drugs Cancer treatment methods (Chemotherapy, Radiotherapy) Cancer treatment methods (Immunotherapy, Photodynamic therapy) Future Predictions in Cancer Treatment will be explained.
