The course covers the definitions, physical and chemical properties, separation methods, diagnostic reactions, qualitative and quantitative analysis of primary (glucides, lipids, amino acids, peptides, proteins and enzymes) and secondary metabolism products (phenylpropane derivatives; coumarin, flavonoids, anthranoids, tannins, etc.). Methods, biological activities, drugs rich in these substances, ways of use and purposes among the public are given. |
