The aim of the course:
Recognition of structure-function relationship in the biomolecules

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
LO - 1 : They will recognize the structures and functions of biomolecules and can explain the relationship between structure and function. Can explain the structure, functions and reaction mechanisms of enzymes. Can obtain information about the structures of carbohydrates. Can obtain information about lipids5,81,

Definition of Biochemistry, Aarea of ??Interest, Viability and Cell Concept, Interaction of Biomolecules in an Aqueous Medium , Amino Acids and Proteins, Protein Structure, Protein Function: Hemoglobin, Protein Function: Enzymes, Enzyme Effect Mechanism, Structure and Functions of Vitamins, Structure and Functions of Lipids, Structure and Functions of Carbohydrates, Structure and Functions of Nucleic Acids, Transfer of Genetic Information: Replication, Transfer of Genetic Information: Transcription, Protein Biosynthesis: Translation, Structure and Functions of Hormones.
