The aim of the course:
The course aims to provide the students with general knowledge on the theory and practice of human rights law, to enable them to understand and explain their rights and freedom

Contents of the Course
The concept of human rights, historical and philosophical background of human rights theory, human rights opinion, United Nations and human rights, the system and practice of European Convention on human rights, the ınternational bill of human rights, the domestic protection of human rights, the ınternational protection of human rights.
