The aim of the course:
Teaching the function of systems and the response of them to the exercise in differentconditions.

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
LO - 1 : Students will be able to assess exercise effect on human physiology1
LO - 2 : Define muscle fuctions
LO - 3 : Explain contraction types
LO - 4 : Define energy system in exercises
LO - 5 : Define aerobic exercises metabolism
LO - 6 : Define an aerobic exercises metabolism
LO - 7 : Define hot and cold whether effect on body sytems in exercise.
LO - 8 : Explain steps exercise effects in different age groups

Physiology of muscle: Classification of muscles, functions of muscles, Contraction, Fast Twitch and Slow Twitch muscles, Control of muscle movements, Exercise and energy systems, Recovery, O2 dept Effects of exercise, Cardiovasculer system and exercise, cardiovascular adaptations
