The aim of the course:
Reinforcement and intensifying of the practice and knowledge of clinical aproachs and treatments in paediatric dentistry
 
Learning OutcomesCTPOTOA
Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
LO - 1 : competent to manage comprehensive primary and pediatric care for patients of all children that emphasized current concept of prevention and treatment of oral disease; and supports the maintenance of systemic and oral health
CTPO : Contribution to programme outcomes, TOA :Type of assessment (1: written exam, 2: Oral exam, 3: Homework assignment, 4: Laboratory exercise/exam, 5: Seminar / presentation, 6: Term paper), LO : Learning Outcome

 
Contents of the Course
In the clinic teaching practical application of indication patient, oral hygiene education, fluoride gel application, fissure sealant, fluoride prescription, antibiotics prescription, amalgam restoration, glass ionomer restoration, compomer restoration, composite restoration, amputation, primary root canal treatment, permanent root canal treatment, composite crown restoration, stainless steel crown, removable denture, space maintainer-fixed
