The aim of the course:
To teach the rules of ergonomics and posture To be informed about cracked tooth syndrome To comprehend tooth coloration, bleaching techniques and dentin sensitivity To teach remineralization agents To comprehend the halitozis, diagnosis and treatment methods To be informed about toothbrushes and pastes To teach light sources To be informed about the selection of restorative materials and the biocompatibility of restorative materials To comprehend intraoral repair and replacement in restorations To teach polymerization shrinkage in composite restorations To comprehend tunnel restorations To be informed about developments in minimally invasive dentistry and resin restorations

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
LO - 1 : To explain the etiological factors, symptoms and differential diagnosis of cracked tooth syndrome. To explain the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of cracked tooth syndrome. To explain and apply the precautions to be taken to prevent the formation of cracks in the teeth.1,4,71,
LO - 2 : To explain the local and systemic causes of tooth discoloration. To explain the agents used in whitening, and the mechanism of actions. To explain the advantages and disadvantages of vital and devital whitening techniques, to list and observe the stages of these treatments. 1,4,71,
