The aim of the course:
Factors modifying drug effect, poisoning, drug abuse, prescribing, giving information on the drugs used in systemic diseases.

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :

LO - 4 : to obtain information on the drug addiction and drug addiction therapy 1,2,71
LO - 5 : to aware on the indications and advers effects of mineralocorticosteroids and glucocorticosteroids in clinical use 1,2,71,

Contents of the Course
Factors Altering Drug Effects, Drug Toxicity, General Principles for the Treatment of Acute Poisoning, local anesthetics, Autacoids amine structure, Corticosteroids, glucocorticosteroids, general anesthetics and premedication, Drug Addiction, Nerve-Muscle Junction effective drugs, antiseptics, disinfectants, Antimicrobial Drug Interactions, Narcotic Analgesics, antidepressants, hypnosedatives and Anxiety Medications used in the Treatment, Prescription Printing, Preparations, Drug Use in Special Situations, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, antipyretics and Gout Treatment
