The aim of the course:
Urban settlement and utilization from the past until now, modernization of built up areas at the present and explanation of methods for usage. Legal basis and evaluation of aplication samples.

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
LO - 1 : learn information about usage and development of urban areas in Turkey and in the world.11
LO - 2 : learn information about spoiled areas and historical structure relations in built up areas11
LO - 3 : learn information about arrangement methods and legislation in built up areas and general criterias for choosing urban transformation arrangement areas.11
LO - 4 : learn information about preparing urban transformation projects, duities of Geodesy and Photogrammetry engineer in urban transformation and urban transformation aplications in Turkey11

Usage and development of urban areas in Turkey and in the world. Spoiled areas and historical structure relations in built up areas. Arrangement methods and legislation in built up areas. General criterias for choosing urban transformation arrangement areas. Preparing urban transformation projects. Duities of Geodesy and Photogrammetry engineer in urban transformation.
