The aim of the course:
1. To understand the Hotel and Front Office organization chart, the job description of the staff and the communication skills with the other departments. 2. To understand the use of foreign words at Front 3. To understand all the materials that are used in Front Office 4. To understand check/in and Check/out system, accounting system at Front Office 5. To enable students to develop problem solving techniques, give information to the guests and get an understanding of the responsibilities in Front Office
