The aim of the course:
To provide ability to perform successful experiments, to estimate the accuracy of the experimental results and basic insight for the principle of instrumentation.

Contents of the Course
The importance and the concept of measurement. Dimensions and System of Units. Static and dynamic parameters for the measurement devices. Measurement errors. Uncertainty analysis. Evaluation of experimental results. Presentation of measurement techniques. Displacement and area measurement. Pressure measurement. Flow measurement. Temperature measurement. Thermal and transport property measurement. Force, Torque and Strain measurement.
