To introduce the concepts and institutions of Islamic public law to students

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :

Analyses main characteristics of legal reasining in İslamic Law

LO - 2 :

acquires a genaral assesment for the historical devolepment of Islamic Law

LO - 3 :

Analyse the legal doctrines of Islamic legal schools through some related concepts

LO - 4 :

Comments on concepts, teory and institutions of Islamic law

LO - 5 :

Compare the doctrines of Islamic law with other legal systems

LO - 6 :

Has capacity to produce new ideas.
