The aim of the course:
The objective is that the students have information concerning information flow in shipyard production system, shipyard organization structure and planining process in shipyards.

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
PO - 1 : learn how information flow takes place in shipyard production system.1,21,
PO - 2 : learn transportation ways of parts and structures in shipyard.1,21,

Material Requirements Planning, Manufacturing Resource Planning, Enterprise Resource Planning-1, Enterprise Resource Planning-2, Transportation vehicles in shipyard, cranes, conveyors, railed transport unit, alignment process, fairing process, PERT technique, GANT charts, Product Work Breakdown Structures, functional production, group technology, capacity planning, labour accidents in shipyard, organization theory, Total quality management, simulation.
