The aim of the course:
The course aims to provide the students with a general knowledge on the atomic diffusion in solids, to enable them to understand the kinetics of phase transformation, to teach them energy level and energy bands, to teach them optic, magnetic, thermal, electric properties of materials, to enable them understand the variety of semi conductors.

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
