The aim of the course:
is to introduce basic information sources, the way to reach these sources as well as using these information and then evalution of these techniques and methods to these who are intending to work in the history of architecture.

Contents of the Course
The relation of art history-history of architecture and their coverage; The methodology of history of architecture; The study of history of architecture in recent years in Turkey; The basic historical sources as Salname, Tahrir Defteri, Şeriye sicili; The methods of use in research of history of architecture; The practice of research history of architecture in Trabzon region.
