Contents of the Course
The role of Geodetic and Photogrammetry Engineering within society and discussion of potential positive change. The profession's scope and roles within the public and private sectors. Professional ethics. National and international professional organizations and membership requirements. Requirements for establishing and managing a workplace (office or company). Strategic planning and management of people, time, and resources for any position within a company. Effective communication among engineers and within the community. Learning to work as an effective team member on multidisciplinary engineering projects. Developing intellectual curiosity and creativity. Developing an understanding of adaptability to professional and technological developments and openness to new ideas.
