This course is designed to help students understand the general economy and financial system. The course content starts with common misconceptions about money and interest, and covers basic financial concepts and the functioning of financial markets. It also provides information on the impact of national and international financial institutions on markets, effective budget management, and savings methods, as well as the stock market and other investment tools. Students will also delve into topics such as credit and credit card usage, the language of financial media, and the effects of global financial events on Turkey. |
