Üyesi Büşra KORKMAZ | Co-Lecturer | Assistant Professor Büşra KORKMAZ (first 7 week)
Assistant Professor Tuğba SUBAŞ (last 7 week) | Language of instruction | Turkish | Professional practise ( internship ) | None | | The aim of the course: | The aim of this course, which is a continuation of Pharmacognosy I, is to provide students with theoretical and practical applications about natural source drug raw materials (drugs) and to enable students to recognize fixed oils from biologically sourced products that are important in terms of pharmacy, to list drugs containing fixed oils and their uses. In addition, by recognizing the general glycoside structure, it provides the ability to understand the general properties of serpenic compounds, iridoids, resin/balsam/tar, saponins and cardioactive compound groups that are important in terms of pharmacy, to recognize drugs containing these, and to establish a relationship between their active compounds and their effects on human health.
