The aim of the course:
In this course, computer-aided drug design methods, modeling techniques, virtual screening, selection of suitable compounds and optimization of selected compounds will be explained.

Contents of the Course
Computer-aided drug design terminology. General information about computer-aided drug design. Programs and resources used for computer-aided drug design. Computer-aided drug design methods, Ligand-based drug design. Ligand-based drug design. Structure-based drug design. Virtual screening. Analysis of virtual screening results and compound selection. Optimization of compounds selected from virtual screening results. General information about molecular dynamics simulations. Application of computer-aided drug design.
