The course aims to help students understand key psychological concepts such as motivation, perception, attitudes, leadership, stress management, and group dynamics, and apply these concepts to solve organizational problems. Additionally, it seeks to improve students' understanding of individual-organization interaction and develop their managerial and communication skills effectively. |

| The Organizational and Managerial Psychology course focuses on understanding the psychological processes of managers and employees at both individual and group levels. Topics such as motivation, leadership, perception, attitudes, personality, decision-making, and stress are explored throughout the course. The main goal is to explain, predict, and influence human behavior within organizational settings. It also discusses how psychological factors affect productivity, commitment, and job satisfaction. Students are provided with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills through case studies and real-life applications. |
