Roles of surveyors in preparing zoning plans. Methods of implementing zoning plans. Land compensation. Land Readjustment. Application of zoning plan reforms (articles 10-b/c of related regulation) . Evaluation of alternative land parcel allocation methods. An overview of land valuation. Application of condominium rights. Coastal law. The use of Geographical/Urban/Land Information Systems in Land Management. |
