The aim of the course:
It covers the evaluation of agricultural areas within the framework of ecological continuity and sustainability, landscape characterization of agricultural areas and the importance of the contributions of urban agricultural landscapes to urban ecology.
 
Programme OutcomesCTPOTOA
Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
PO - 1 : They will learn the types of uses of agricultural landscapes and associate these uses with tourism.3
PO - 2 : They will understand the importance of using plants with agricultural value in urban green areas.3

The importance of agricultural lands, their development, the use of agricultural lands for different purposes, urban-rural interaction and ecological continuity, the aesthetic value of agricultural landscapes, agricultural landscape planning, the effects of agricultural landscapes on landscape character, agriculture-culture interaction, Turkey's important agricultural landscape assets, urban agricultural landscapes. , permaculture and edible gardens
