The aim of the course:
Introduction of grant mechanisms and grant-providing institutions, co-financing concept, project and program-oriented preparation of projects to be submitted to grant resources with logical framework approach

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :

Contents of the Course
Project and program concepts, introduction of institutions and support mechanisms that provide project support such as the European Union, generating ideas for projects, preparing priority area analysis, project cycle management and in this context, logical framework approach, grant concept, support agreement, analysis and planning stages, current situation analysis, stakeholder analysis, problem analysis, target analysis, strategy analysis, duration-activity and resource planning, SWOT analysis, filling the logical framework matrix, project budget, main and sub-costs, appropriate and inappropriate costs, resource planning, sustainability concept, multiplier effect concept, final beneficiary concept, performance indicators, project monitoring, purchasing mechanisms, grant resources
