The aim of the course:
The discussion will focus on the place and importance of local governments as actors in global politics.

Contents of the Course
In the process of globalisation, localisation and democratisation, conceptualising the relationships between cities (local governments) across national borders, assessing the role of local governments/cities in multi-level governance.
