Concepts of context, cohesion and consistency and methods of discourse analysis; Discussing the concepts of culture, ideology and identity that are effective in the construction of language and revealing the social dimensions and sub-meanings of texts; Determination of genre-specific features by examining the linguistic structure of discourse. |
