The aim of the course:
This course's aim is to give knowledge about the process of Turkish Constitutional Law and to gain skills comparing inter-process.

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
PO - 1 : Learn constitutional concepts
PO - 2 : Understand the emergence of constitutional documents in Turkey
PO - 3 : Analyze the background of constitutional developments in Turkey
PO - 4 : Gain skills comparing the inter-process
