The aim of the course:
To teach the basic methods used to make research in biochemistry

Contents of the Course
Glass and plastic materials used in the laboratory, to obtain pure water, the purity of reagent chemicals, analytical techniques and general concepts, potentiometric techniques, pH meters, centrifugation techniques, Spectrophotometry, Electrophoresis, Nephelometry, Chromatography and Separation mechanisms, biochemical systems commonly used chromatography techniques and uses of these techniques
