The aim of the course:
Since smart city applications should be evaluated as a whole in the urban landscape, it is aimed to teach how natural resources and landscapes should be integrated with the smart city. In this way, you will be informed about how self-sufficient sustainable cities should be planned and managed. In this context, information will be given on smart environment, smart transportation, smart infrastructure and superstructure, smart citizen, smart economy and smart governance.

Contents of the Course
Within the scope of the course; The concept of sustainability and its development process, the concept of landscape planning and its phases, the relationship between landscape planning and sustainability and the approaches introduced, the concept of smart city, its tools and components, and the smart urban landscape relationship will be established. In this context, information will be gained about the program, protocols and contracts for the formation of smart cities in the world and in Turkey, as well as the legal and administrative infrastructure. Ecological and technological solutions for the problems in existing urban areas will be explained by smart city components, and the best smart city practices in the world and in Turkey will be included.
