The aim of the course:
To be able to comprehend that there are material production methods that will meet the needs of people and industry, which are necessary for manufacturing technicians, or that the properties of manufactured materials can be changed. To be able to recognize the types of materials used in the industrial field, to understand their basic properties, to be able to choose the most suitable materials for usage and design. To be able to classify materials, to know their internal structures, to interpret the Fe-C equilibrium diagram, to have information about steel hardening and standards.
