The aim of the course:
The aim of course is to give the general characteristics of amphibians and reptiles primarily and to provide the student form of the distribution of these species and to give criteria of IUCN and BERN.

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
LO - 1 : Evaluate current status of Amphibians and Reptiles according to ecotoxicological researches 4,7,81,5
LO - 2 : Comprehend what are toxic materials affecting amphibians and reptiles and which precaution could be put into practice 4,7,81,5
LO - 3 : Comprehend why it is important to prevent amphibians and reptiles which have critical role in the ecological balance4,7,81,5

Contents of the Course
The origin of amphibians, body structure, nutrition, sensory organs, arrest, preparations, parasites, enemies, economic importance, the factors threatening amphibians, amphibian species living in Turkey presentation. The origin of reptiles, body structure, skin structures, digestive-respiratory-urogenital-neuro-endocrine systems, development, reproduction, behavior, distribution, and seasonal functions in their places, enemies, people, relationships, and the collection and making toplanmalrı, reptiles threatening factors, classification of species of reptile living in Turkey and in the presentation.
