The aim of the course:
The purpose of this course is to teach methods for wildlife inventory, counting and counting errors and provide information about techniques

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :
LO - 1 : Know the methods of tracking wild animals
LO - 2 : Transfer done courts may determine
LO - 3 : Species can transplants
LO - 4 : After the transplant, individuals can monitor compliance with court

Contents of the Course
Count (Inventory) is. Why counting is done. The main counting techniques. Counting techniques for Birds and Mammals. The factors affecting the count. The most common errors in counting. Bird and Mammal general methods used for monitoring of Wild Animals; marking and signal monitoring. What is the marking, the marking methods. What is a tracking signal. Signal monitoring equipment; GPS systems, Transmitters, Receivers, Antennas. Selecting the appropriate materials to be monitored wild animal. Installing makers wild animals, collecting data (signal reception) hususlar.Yöntemlerin need to be considered during the implementation and evaluation of data to be considered. Principles of Data Collection and Evaluation.
