The aim of the course:
To make the students acquainted with using of project planning methods.

Upon successful completion of the course, the students will be able to :

Contents of the Course
Within the scope of the course; First of all, basic information about the project is given. In addition, the purpose, scope, original value and project management related to scientific projects are examined. Organization created for projects in Turkey and in the international arena, incentives and funds are discussed. Then, information about project planning and project management is given. After teaching a project as time and cost with Microsoft Project software, the projects that can be evaluated within the scope of land surveying and the factors affecting these projects are mentioned. In addition, tender regulations and tender types are mentioned within the scope of the course.
