Coordinate systems in 2D and 3D. Orthogonal coordinate systems. Cartesian and curvilinear coordinate systems and transformation between them. Global and ellipsoidal coordinate systems. Geodetic coordinate systems related to earth; Terrestrial, celestial and orbital coordinate systems. Transformation between geodetic coordinates. |
