In its traditional conceptualization ?Foreign Policy Analysis? is a sub-branch of International Relations. Especially developments and radical changes in knowledge technology and in data analysis made foreign policy analysis methods more systematical. Nevertheless foreign policy analyzers generally think that states are the only actors in foreign policy making process and they underestimate the role of multi nation companies, cross border terror groups and even individuals? effect on foreign policy making also is ignored in most cases. In addition to that: historical past and historical experiences and other actors also are effective in foreign policy making process. Historical facts boldly prove that during foreign policy making historical experiences and courses should be put in use.
Under above mentioned context, beginning from the 1950?s foreign policy analysis which its theoretical context has been shaped since than had an advance level in foreign policy making. Thus its development, structural changes, its effects and usefulness for statesmen as well as for International Relations students should be studied.
