In terms of medical ethics, the concept of "informed consent", which is one of the basic elements of the patient-physician relationship, and its historical development, legal bases, conditions, exceptions, special appearances, and the form in the legislation and practice will be examined in all aspects. The basic and distinctive features of the physician's responsibility will be discussed within the framework of general liability principles. |
